How to Order

We welcome you to browse our store and add items to your shopping basket along the way. Once you have finished shopping, follow the steps and you will be directed to our Checkout page.

Here you will be prompted to enter your name, delivery and contact details which we will use to ship your order to you.

When processing your order, we use Pay Pal – a trusted leader in secure online payments. You will be able to pay for your order using a debit card, credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or Pay Pal balance. Here at Fairy Blossom and Friends we do not see or store your credit card details – payments are made directly through Pay Pal’s secure online payment system. Direct Bank Deposit

If you don’t have a credit card, we happily accept payment by direct bank deposit, so please contact us directly by email orders@fairyblossom.com.au and we will be in touch within 24 hours to help process your order with you.

Delivery of Orders

Once we receive your order with payment, it will leave our warehouse within 3 business days. As soon as your order has been sent we will be in touch by email to let you know your parcel is on the way.

The shipping cost of orders is determined by the total weight of your parcel. At the bottom of your shopping basket summary, accurate shipping costs will be displayed. You will also have the option to add a Registered Post service for an additional AUD$2.80.

Urgent Deliveries

We offer an Express Post service for orders that need to be received quickly and this postage option is available at Checkout. To ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible, we also suggest that you contact us directly on 0418 187 794 or email orders@fairyblossom.com.au once you have completed checkout, to bring further attention to your urgent delivery request.

Gift Wrap Service

If you find the perfect gift at Fairy Blossom and Friends, we will happily gift wrap it, include a personal message from you and send it directly to the lucky recipient. Just mention our worldwide gift service when ordering and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns Policy

  1. Items leaving our warehouse are inspected for quality and we make every effort to ensure each item is free from damage before being carefully packaged by us.
  2. If you receive a product that appears to have been ‘Damaged in Transit’ (ie: damaged in transit from us to you) you should:
    1. refuse to accept delivery of the product
    2. direct the courier to ‘Return goods to sender’
    3. notify us immediately
  3. Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days from invoice date to:

  4. To assist with prompt processing, please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
  5. All returning goods must be packaged adequately by the customer.
  6. All costs incurred in returning the goods to Fairy Blossom & Friends are the customer's responsibility.
  7. We do not refund goods that were chosen incorrectly (some exceptions may apply).
  8. A returned good does not automatically guarantee replacement or refund. When returns are received we assess each on a case by case basis and you will be notified of our decision promptly. Items qualified for return will be replaced or refunded.
  9. If a replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a similar item or a refund given for the value of that item.
